At Chronova Watches, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

• Include the original box, packaging, manuals, tags, protective films, and accessories when applicable;

• Show no signs of scratches, damage, alteration, excessive wear, or misuse;

• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation when requested.

Non-Returnable Items

If you need a different model, style, color, or product variation, please contact us.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
